唐卡主尊為千手千眼觀世音菩薩，大悲之菩薩。左上角為格魯派喇嘛，右上角是宗喀巴大師，在蓮座兩旁有文殊師利菩薩和忿怒相金剛手菩薩，分別處於唐卡下界的左右兩角。
The thangka represents Sahasrabhuja Avalokiteśvara, the thousand-armed manifestation of the Bodhisattva of Compassion. A Gelukpa lama appears in the upper left, and Tsongkhapa in the upper right corner. Next to the lotus throne, Bodhisattva Mañjuśrī is depicted to the left and the wrathful Vajrapāṇī to the right.
